- Alison (and team), I feel sorry for you tonight. I travelled from Leeds (not far) to experience an exceptional live performance of technological, melodic/vocally, analoged, soundscaped beats of structured music for the 21st century, playing to a crowd that withstanding a few exceptions did not give you the reaction that you (without sounding like an arse licker) deserved.
I and my best mate tried our best to liven things up a bit. We (soberly) had to admit defeat after being threatened by a number of 'Sheffield meatheads' in customary 'ben sherman' overhanging shirts as the final beats dropped on 'strict machine'. What a waste of £13.50 it must have been for them.
If anybody else was there tonight (apart from any miserable bastards ? What did you think ?
Paul B ... aged 35 .. been there, seen it, done it ! (honest) ...

- I thought the performance was fantastic, but like you, the crowd spoiled it for us.
The four drunk idiots at the front who felt it necessary to keep coming and going every five minutes and pushing back into the front every time even when there was no space for them, regardless of the people around them. Grrr
Then there were the two drunk fools to my left, one of whom spat his drink all over mine and the lady next to me's backs. And I'm sure he wee'd on the floor or into a glass aswell.
Then the just downright inconsiderate ones who kept pushing and pushing to the front and then just stopping infront of people, usually really short people, obscuring their view. If you wanna be at the front, get their early, it's that simple.
But the thing that really peeved me was the immature blokes who kept screeching "Alison Alison" inbetween all the songs. Do you think that is what pushed her to reply by pointing wildly at the other people on stage while saying "There, There" and then giving the crowd a massive evil? As if to imply she was not the only one making this music.
Towards the end though the crowd did seem to warm up and make more nice, dance around more and she did cheer up I think.
Once again, Goldfrapp's performance was fantastic. Highlight for me was Utopia

- I loved it - slightly resent comments about the crowd - not all of us were being boring!! Me and my mate got there at 7:45 and got at the very front, but a creepy drunk man came along and rubbed his eretion on our arses so we moved a bit... I was a bit pissed off about the camera thing - having been told by the octagon that I wasn't allowed one!! Highlight for me was Yes Sir and Physical and I loved black Cherry just because of the sparkly things!!
The shouty man was shouting "Where's Will" wasn't he? Not "Alison, Alison"... oh well!
