- well..my little poodles. wow! AMAZING Alison looked stunning as usual, the rest of the band look fab also. the music was tops, there was never any little glitches appart from one near the end with alisons mic but it ruined nothing.
I danced my little feet off most of the night, even though i was around people that would rather listen than move AND listen..but no matter. I really ripped the crap out of myself when they played deer stop, its not my fave song on Felt Mountain, but when listening to it live, i close my eyes and just float (haha cheesy i know) so at the end, i was so impressed i turned to my friends (who ere goldfrapp virgins) held my hand up, shook my head and said 'fucking amazing' really loud. now i dont think alison heard that (obviously) but she did notice my strange movements and went 'YOU ALRIGHT?!' HAHA my lord i was so embaressed i just looked at her staring at me then looked away. i swear i never made eye contact with her again the rest of the gig. well, i tell a lie, i blew a kiss and she waved (i hope at me) the thought that it was at me keeps me from feeling that she thinks im a total fanny!
OH and talking of fannies (i fucking hate that word, why do keep saying it?!) yeah, talking of lower parts.... during Twist, Alison got us all drooling my rubbing hers..i realise how tacky that must sound with the way i put it, but it wasnt tacky in the slightest, she is the sexiest woman i ever saw and she SO knows how to use it. THEN when the doo da thingy was needed at the end of strict machine (that thing that makes the cool noise when you put your hand over it) she was putting it between her legs. I'll never forget the look in her eyes when she licked it.
So, we've just heard Yes sir, we've seen the whip, we're all still amazed by the rubbing and the licking. Then Black Cherry starts...and oh my god, that song just makes you melt (well me anyway) we get to the 'excite me, ignite me' bits and glitter starts falling from the ceiling. STUNNINGLY beautiful stuff. i look at my friends and they are standing with their eyes closed just LOVING everything thats going on around them. This happening as the strings fading the song out are playing, i nearly shed a tear.
I left that gig the happiest girl, i was so satisfied. haha then i sort of terroised Will by screaming his name when i noticed him up the back with the lighting guys.
HA and thats not all folks, when waiting at Glassgow Central Train Station to go home yesterday morning, Who do i see standing waiting on their train, but goldfrapp?! my friend was at the loo, so i had to wait on her to come out before i would walk over and let them know what a great night they gave us. but as we got closer to them, they started walking away coz their train must have been in...either that or they saw me coming haha. we watched them get in the train and set off from a distance and just whimperd like little kids haha.
well, if your bored enough to read all this, thank you and i hope that if you are going to see them or have seen them, your night is as enjoyable.
